@HiMyNameIsSeton Our kids end up playing too many games, without getting the training they need with the emphasis on winning. That’s usually stunts growth for the athlete. So to be fair to the clubs they are in a catch 22 do they try the correct thing and chance the numbers going down. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤷🏽

@HiMyNameIsSeton Then as parents, we don’t make it easy on the clubs because most of us only think the measure of success is winning or losing, which top league (ex ECNL, MLS next, GA..etc) and even worse how many games do they play( more the better)….3
