@mandco_fashion STOP continuing to sell goods online when you can’t even deliver what you’ve already sold. Who would even buy a brand who behaves like this to its customers?
@SumUp and still zero response from your customer service despite three emails sent. Just an automated email either another ticket reference number. Shocking service. Does anyone actually work in customer service or is it just controlled by useless bots?
@SumUp dreadful customer service. I’ve been waiting 20 MINUTES on the phone, the live chat is NOT AVAILABLE and the dreaded Bot is useless! How do I sctually speak to someone now you’ve sold me something???
@TrippLuggage AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!why is there not a number to contact customer service but just an email with an auto reply stating you aim to reply 3-5 working days?! Your quick to take orders but not much more.
@YodelOnline I was advised on Tuesday by @SumUp that my package from them was on its way and to be delivered by you. Still not received an email from yowith Tracking Number, can’t speak to anyone and its been over three days. HELP!! Not impressed by your lack of service!
@SumUp Shame after sales service is so poor. That’s the mark of a company whose got it right and actually cares about their clients - not just the bottom line.
@DXdelivery what a joke. Only had to deliver two items and only one was delivered. Online chat not available and the phone lines just ring out. Useless service!
