『障害者福祉ビジネス 食いものにされる税金と利用者』読了。

「社会貢献」「インクルージョン」——聞こえの良い言葉を掲げながら、実際には障害者や高齢者を金儲けの「商材」として扱う福祉ビジネスの実態が、就労支援、訪問看護、ホスピス型住宅など複数の分野にわたって描かれている。
参入ハードルの低さに国の政策が追いついておらず、不正のチェックも甘い。この構造そのものが、事業者やコンサルにとって「突きやすい隙」になっている。

読みながらずっと、お泊まりデイサービスのことを考えていた。

お泊まりデイは、ショートステイが不足する日本の介護現場において「家族を救う便利なサービス」として美化されがちだ。
しかしその実態は、職員の不払い残業と過度な精神的ストレスを身代わりに差し出すことで初めて成り立つ、砂上の楼閣にすぎない。
そして利用者へも適切なサービスを提供することは難しい。

一人夜勤なのに休憩360分と表示された求人。休憩時間の実態は「手待ち時間」でしかないという労基署の回答。グループホーム向けの通知(老計発0331002)を、法的根拠もないままお泊まりデイの夜勤に準用してしまう自治体。
こうしたことを一つひとつ確認し、ハローワークやジョブメドレーに仲間と通報を続けてきた。結果として、FC系お泊まりデイの夜勤専従求人の多くが姿を消した事業者もある。

けれど、これは一つの会社や一つのFCの問題ではないと思う。福祉という言葉の外側から見えている「良いサービス」が、内側では誰かの不払い労働や無理な体制の上に立っていることがある。それは障害福祉でも介護でも変わらない。

制度の穴は、悪意を持って探せばいくらでも見つかる。そして、その穴を埋める責任は現場の職員や利用者に押しつけられがちだ。

自分には関係ないと思わず、少しでも立ち止まって考えてほしい。福祉が誰かの「商材」になっていないか、その現場で誰が無理をしているか。

i didn't write a single line of code. it wrote the story, drew every frame, and made the music. no image assets at all, it's all JS.

the story is called "small print": claude gets a pile of requests every day. it circles the human part hidden inside them, like "one hand. baby's asleep", and drops it into a jar. at night, those words turn into stars and join up into a constellation.

rendered with hyperframes, all in one index.html. it synthesized the music in python, then went through the render second by second and polished it again.
