Nov 1st, I want you to:
- google “solar installation company in Los Angeles” or “swimming pool repair in Austin” (or any high ticket local service)
- go to page 6, 7, 8 or even more of the Google results
- pick websites that look outdated, slow, or have weak calls-to-action
- run them through
https://t.co/JIa4qWwzGU and PageSpeed Insights
- paste the results into Grok or ChatGPT and tell it to create a conversion focused website outline optimized for AI SEO
- feed that outline into Claude and have it generate a clean, responsive HTML site
- host the demo for free on Netlify or Vercel so you have a live link
- grab the email (and WhatsApp if available) from their contact page
- email them the live demo with the subject “Redesigned your site, here’s the link” instead of pitching what you’ll do
You now have a working website built specifically for their leads.
The same method works for designers, VAs, SMMs, SEO freelancers, just swap the demo for your service (social content plan, Google Business profile cleanup, ad creative, etc.) and send it.
For a free cold pitch formula i use dm or drop a comment
If you want to make ₦2 million before December, here’s the exact strategy I used last year and will be trying again this year. 👇🏽
First, go to Google and type in “churches in Canada.”
Click on “More businesses” to find more churches.
Next, add Google Web Scraper extension to your Chrome browser. You’ll need it to collect publicly listed business information, such as church names, websites and contact details, so you don’t have to copy everything manually.
Now, here’s where the opportunity comes in.
Go through the list and check out their websites and social media pages. Look for churches that aren’t posting consistently or could use better graphics for their services and events.
That’s your opening.
Go to Canva and create a simple, one page social media graphic for a church. Check out their website, pay attention to their brand colours, and make something that actually looks like it belongs to them.
It could be a Sunday service announcement, an inspirational post or an event flyer.
Then, send it to them through email or their publicly listed business contact. Introduce yourself and explain how you can help them create graphics and manage their social media consistently.
When I was trying to build up my income, I got three clients this way. I charged $5 an hour, and each client needed about 15 hours of work weekly.
That’s $75 a week per client, or approximately $975 a month across all three clients.
Will you be trying this with me? Let me know in the comments. 👀👇🏽

One of the hardest things to do right now is to find a girl who won’t bill you, asking for money to solve one problem or another within the first three days of meeting you.
My best friend, who is 36, has been single, and I’ve been trying to see how I can matchmake him with someone.
So, I connected him with a lady I met on Instagram whom I thought was cool.
Before I connected them, the girl was already planning a vacation to another country.
Just two days after they started talking, she was already calling him to complain about how she needed an extra day at her hotel and needed money for it.
Now, my friend is just like me. Even though we have money, we don’t believe we have to spend it on people’s stupidity, aka billing.
So, he simply told her, “Hey, I didn’t budget for this. We only just started talking.”
Do you know what happened next?
This is a girl who had been calling him every single day. But immediately he told her he didn’t budget for it, she stopped calling.
For more than three days now, she hasn’t called him again.
I just told my friend to move on. I will connect him with someone else.
And this is exactly the problem. You meet someone today, and before you even get to know each other, you’re already bringing your financial problems to him to solve.
It’s becoming increasingly difficult to know who genuinely wants to get to know you and who simply sees you as an opportunity to solve their financial problems.

This only holds true if you're at the bottom layer of skills. I promise you that high value skills are always sought after, whether remote or not.
A lot of you Nigerians always want to go for the easily accessible skills because you don't have the patience to learn a proper skill where value lives. You're going for for skills with low barrier to entry.. what the hell is virtual assistance, social media management, general writing, basic no code automation??
You're easily replaceable by an AI agent or the client can simply choose to do the work themselves to save cash. Your skills have low job retention.
Focus your energy on where a bulk of business value lives, focus on skills where the bar is high and the competition is fewer. Invest time, money and energy in being the best at what you do, and treat your hustle like a business, because that's what you are as a remote worker. You're a business (contractor) and not just an individual employee with job security and benefits.
When picking a premium skill, ask yourself: "If I disappear mid-project or make a massive mistake, does the business lose $500, or do they lose $500,000?"
If your answer is the former, then you're in a low value skill, you need to move up the layers.
Dr. Abel Damina Blasts Pastor Korede Komaiya Over His Comment About Poor Pastors
Pastor Korede Komaiya reportedly said during a sermon, “I will never follow a poor pastor. Nothing will make me follow a poor pastor.”
Reacting to the statement, Dr. Abel Damina criticised Komaiya, describing him as a promoter of greed, avarice, materialism, and discontentment.
Dr. Damina cited 1 Timothy 6:7, which says that we brought nothing into this world and can take nothing out of it. He argued that Komaiya's statement reflected a struggle with poverty, adding that a truly wealthy person would not speak that way.
Dr. Damina also criticised Komaiya for collecting money from people he described as poor while boasting about his wealth. He further remarked that if Komaiya met Bill Gates, he would use his suit to clean Gates' shoes.
Addressing the biblical arguments, Dr. Damina accused Komaiya of misinterpreting Proverbs 18:1 and referred to him as a lying pastor. He also cited Revelation 3:17–18, arguing that the passage warns against measuring spiritual standing by material wealth.
Dr. Damina went further, saying that if Komaiya were his spiritual son, he would take him home and beat him for bringing disgrace to the Christian community.
He also questioned the impact of such statements on pastors serving poor communities, arguing that the message could discourage ministers in rural areas who dedicate their lives to preaching to people living in poverty.
