@O2 I was promised a call back on Thurs to be reconnected but never had a call,and never put back online.Due to the complete incompetence of the member of staff I was cut off while merely making an enquiry,which resulted in being left with no mobile which is imperative for my work.
@O2 I phoned yesterday to make an enquiry about ending my contract, was cut off instantly and have now been without a signal for more than 24 hrs!! Was promised a phone call back, but still nothing. Shocking customer service. 🤬
@vueling It’s OCT1RC - I keep being told I cancelled the flight therefore nothing can be done. I did NOT cancel this flight. Government restrictions prevented all tourists travelling into France. There are now no flights scheduled from Cardiff to Paris therefore can’t use my credit.
@dwelluk@dwell I’ve already emailed and phoned and keep being told the same thing! If it’s over 30 days from delivery is it correct that it’s too late to put anything right?? If so, pointless me wasting more time emailing!
@dwelluk I have 2 small pieces missing from my dining table,but as it’s over 30 days since I’ve had delivery of the table,you are refusing to put this right!I’ve asked numerous times what are my options,I am even willing to buy them,but you are refusing to help.Very disappointed!
@dwelluk I’ve emailed several times and a technician has also been out. He agreed the quality wasn’t good but also said that dwell wouldn’t deem it to be faulty. Also the frame had cracked which has now been fixed
