@antiSnowflake98@Tate_Roberts_ @blackmore17x @ShipleyBret @RetroAgent12 @Stephe96 Huh, that's one way to summarize the supreme courts unanimous decision that he should not have been sent there and that we must facilitate his return.
@Tate_Roberts_@antiSnowflake98 @blackmore17x @ShipleyBret @RetroAgent12 @Stephe96 Ok, not defending that at all if he actually did it (still needs due process), but was replying to a comment about him being an ms-13 member, which this clearly reiterates he is not. None of this proves he should have been illegally shipped to El Salvador at this time.
@Tate_Roberts_@antiSnowflake98 @blackmore17x @ShipleyBret @RetroAgent12 @Stephe96 So he's this terrible ms-13 member, doing all these illegal gang activities everyday, and the only thing preventing his slam-dunk trial and conviction about all the things he definitely did is his wife? Interesting.
I said my main goal of this trip was to meet with Kilmar. Tonight I had that chance. I have called his wife, Jennifer, to pass along his message of love. I look forward to providing a full update upon my return.
@Theholisticpsyc What if you're the president of the United States and will probably die before you face any consequences, accountability, or self-reflection?
@mck10111@JusticeK1970@9FootCouch@KyleKulinski So facilitate a return means do absolutely nothing except actively encouraging the guy to build more camps to send American citizens? Good to know there is an alternate definition that is effectively the complete opposite to the dictionary version I am familiar with.
@JusticeK1970@9FootCouch@KyleKulinski Didn't they specifically order that we should facilitate his return? Which implies taking some sort of action beyond just doing nothing and waiting around for someone else to not do anything about it?
@JusticeK1970@9FootCouch@KyleKulinski I couldn't find any evidence that he is an MS-13 member in that document, but found these. The Supreme Court has ordered that he be returned to the US. Are you saying they're wrong? Can you show me the legal justification that states he should currently be held in this facility?
@9FootCouch@KyleKulinski Fun fact, the burden of proof is on the prosecution to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the claims are true before sentencing someone to foreign death prisons. Can you show me where he was convicted? I'm only aware of the Supreme Court unanimously ordering his return.
