Happy Pride month yall 🏳️⚧️ ive been trying to get gender affirming medical care for the past 8-9 months with little success. The barriers our system puts in place are absurd.
Anyone wanna donate to my top surgery fund? I’m so ready to love myself.

@vanillaopinions watching a live streamed genocide for the past year, then be faced with two parties that support the government committing the genocide pushed a LOT of young people not to vote.
Happy Pride, Washington! We are all loved, we are all beautiful, and we can only make progress acting collectively with respect, kindness, and love. #loveislove#pride#proudtolove
i don’t really wanna see any of the “you never know what people are going through” discourse today because, in all honesty, y’all aren’t any kinder when you do.
WHAT KILLED THE CRABS?
The official story is something like “a billion snow crabs disappeared.”

Today, the Tacoma City Council in Washington state enacted a homeless encampment ban.
The mayor led a hearing on it.
And Tacoma residents showed up in full force. (I feel like I learned a piece of the culture by watching the hearing—Tacoma residents are so nice!)🧵
@tacoma_action @jonopenn was talking with a member of Olympia’s homeless response team today and he said “people don’t understand the difference between actually being in an unsafe situation and just being uncomfortable.”
Our houseless neighbors are not camping. They're not making s'mores and telling ghost stories. They are trying to survive. Banning their survival is inhumane. The City of Tacoma continues to show us how much they don't care about the most vulnerable.
Each and every fresh snow reveals how much we’ve over-designed our streets & roads for cars, making them faster & more dangerous, and how much space we could reclaim for people and public life. We call them #sneckdowns. GIF via @fietsprofessor#sneckdown
Reminding you that when Seoul, Korea removed the Cheonggyecheon expressway in 2003 & replaced it with a restored stream & 1000 acre park in the city’s centre, not only did it transform the city’s public life & economic success, but the traffic got better.
The traffic got BETTER.
