@BisleriZone @BisleriZone i have issues with my product delivery and refund since 28th mar I am.waiying for water cans tonbe delivered and the delivery agents also don't reply or answer calls .
Its such a harrasment, even my emails are not answered .
Can you look into this ?

@ola_supports hi i see there is no help or panic button for ola daily rides , also I can't raise any concern if any issue comes in the on going ride nor can I share my ride progress or details with concerned contacts , kindly look into the issue .

@rapidobikeapp i see after booking the longest route is shown in the maps always , ant when comparing with Google maps also it's not the shortest route or the fastest route , also it affects the price of my ride when I try to see an option to complain i see none please look into

Please note this a gap in your system , I tried raising this with CCare but they were nota ble to proceed as delivery agent didn't reply to their calls as well.
Kindly issue refund for the same .
Also please enable OTP validated deliveries to avoid such unfortunate experience.

But the order was never delivered to my place , the delivery agent James Porkel showed that he arrived at my location from tracker but when tried reaching to him he didn't received my calls , I contacted service centre as well.

Received only one sandwich @swiggy @subway when paid for two , I am not getting any help from the service centre when called @swiggy , could you please help expedite the resolution here .

@gbenhur What kind of reasoning is this , it's for public convience , if bus are taxing there should be mini bus deployed after survey of capacity used .

But not providing an option is not an option !
