It was a reply to a critic accusing him of supporting closed borders and not criticizing 2020 police violence enough. Dave pushed back: he does not support closed borders and was critical of police actions against peaceful protesters. He told people to stop misrepresenting him if they don't follow his show.

ai may be great in the future just as the early days of the internet, but presently it is in a bubble, just as the internet was, and it's going to crash when it doesn't meet everyone's expectations and/or budgets.
it's also not all closed doors, there are a lot of open source models, some of the coming from china. a lot of shared research.
it's also a retarded analogy to say ai owes humanity... just like a human who reads lots of books now "owes humanity" is a none sense idea, there is no debt, no liability, you can't go to a court and complain everyone owes you because you wrote a book, they would throw you out of the courthouse

the conversation is not about who is to blame, it is about what will end the war. people with tds just want someone to blame, they don't want to solve problems, when trump is gone, we will still have a broken government.
trump, if anything, is a good demonstration of how broken the rest of it is, we no longer have separation of power because congress doesn't want to put their name on a vote, many of them want the war they just know if they vote for it they will lose their job.
just like the epstein files, none of them wanted to vote against it when they were forced to vote for it by massie, ro khana, et al, but they did not want to have to vote on it for the exact reason massie was primaried, mtg was threatened, and they are going after the rest

if you knew anything about tucker, he interviews people, he isn't a news source. in fact the reason I even mentioned him is because it is his interview with trump that trump trashed cheney and he is a good example of someone who supported the iraq war and then regretted it.
and I am just saying what the admin has said, our second attack on iran was because we thought they would attack us after israel attacks them. iran keeps asking for israel to be part of a cease fire and israel doesn't want to be, iran keeps acting like we control israel, israel behaves as if we don't and I am inclined to believe we do not

venezuela hasn't changed as far as I can tell, maybe you know something I do not, and we are now slippery sloping down towards rubios cuba.
iran is not over yet, and we lost bases and men and we have economic shocks that have yet to peak because the world still has oil reserves. so trump has not gotten us out of it yet and israel is seemingly not going to let that happen. maybe iran will cave at some point and allow israel to continue it's own war and occupation of it's neighbors, but now we are left hoping iran figures out that trump doesn't control israel and stops adding that to their negotiations
there is also the issue that this war is unpopular and so if they don't clean it up before the next presidential election, they are going to have to get us stuck there so the next president can't just pull us out, which eventually means "boots on the ground", effectively 'grab the tiger by the tail'. even though people wanted us out of afghanistan, they also hated the way biden pulled us out of it

no one said anything about peace and love, he trashed liz cheney, called her a war hawk, reflected on the mistakes of iraq, those are not messages of love and peace. we were attacked on 911, entered wars that ended quickly but occupied those countries over a decade. even tucker who supported those wars changed his mind on them, it's not hard to imagine a reluctance to repeat past mistakes, especially when he finally got us out of the previous one.

tbf I don't even think he wanted to enter war with iran, and he thought one strike was enough to satisfy those who did, and then had to do another strike because iran might retaliate because of israel. and also at various points suggested he could get out only for israel to make that impossible again. basically the war will end when israel decides it's over and that trump is stuck in the middle. either way, everyone trusted him to not get involved in another war and he did
