Han bhai AI use kiya hain !
@codexomkaar At least it proves leadership, conflict management, resource planning, and handling toxic teammates... arguably more realistic than some internships. 😂
One of my friends got a call from an agency saying they'll give him a referral to a company and even manage the interview. They're asking for some money upfront, and if he gets the job, they'll take 12% of his first salary.
Does this sound like a red flag or has anyone actually used a service like this?
Guys, I’m starting a new series: Day 1 until I get my first software job.
I’ll document everything honestly:
• Applications sent
• DSA and development progress
• Projects I build
• Rejections and interview calls
• Mistakes, lessons and improvements
• Daily routine and mental struggles
No fake motivation just the real journey of a 2026 CSE graduate trying to break into tech.
The series ends when I receive an offer letter.
Let’s see how many days it takes. 🚀
A lot of people here seem to be facing the same problem.
For experienced developers and recruiters: what is the one thing that makes you take a fresher seriously?
• Strong DSA
 Deployed projects with real users
• Internship experience
• Open-source contributions
• Direct outreach
• Something else?
Why is getting the first software job so difficult?
I’m a 2026 B. Tech CSE graduate applying for frontend, full-stack, and software developer roles across multiple platforms but nothing seems to be working.
No interviews, mostly rejections or silence. It’s honestly making me anxious.
What should a fresher do differently?
Should I target small companies/startups, continue improving DSA and projects, accept any tech role for experience, or stop chasing the job market and build something of my own?
I’d appreciate honest advice from people who recently got their first job.
Just heard a rumor that the next NEET paper leak may happen on GitHub.
