My app portfolio did $4,722 in June. May was $4,330. +9%.

Last month's +178% was the paywall and pricing rebuild firing once. June is the normalized rate: slower, organic grind, nothing multiplied.

10+ apps are live, but Sober Tracker is still ~69% of revenue. The good part: that's down from 75%.
Supplements Tracker (~$600) and Anxiety Pulse (~$355, was $12 six weeks ago) are finally pulling weight.

Pricing: I cut iOS prices on June 5 to lift conversion, and I'm testing a price increase on Android to see if the higher-intent market absorbs it. Reading both now.

Honest part: a chunk of gross is one-time lifetime purchases, so I think July prints lower on gross (and price experiment, yeah). But the recurring core says otherwise. Sober Tracker's MRR alone is now $781, more than the entire portfolio's MRR in May. Active paying subs just hit an all-time high (337). A July gross dip would be lifetime timing, not decline.

Or not? Lifetimes track organic traffic, and traffic is still growing. If lifetime volume holds or grows with traffic, "one-time" is the wrong frame, and it's just a lumpier recurring line.

Ad spend: ~$0, pure organic. I'm still hunting a paid setup that pays back. Or influencers? Undecided.

Grow the small apps? Add a new lever to Sober Tracker? Create more apps? Let's see in July.
