Vancouver, thank you for that incredibly sweet reception at @RogersArena, the love was felt. So good to be back in Canada and can’t wait to play shows here again. Love!

i know i havent been active on here but ive been posting about palestine on other platforms and it truly feels like im just screaming into a void. kehlani posted a story today that said "how does you heart not ache?" and thats pretty much how i feel about this whole thing.
i hope everyone attending a pro-palestine protest stays safe! i went to one 2 days and there was some hostility from zionists trying to instigate the crowd and even brought fireworks.
@lullubiespies he has spoken about it explicitly in the past (ill link it here) idk what changed maybe security and safety for tour? but i hope you still enjoy the show while staying critical im sure he knows the weight of his words n his platform

and though i understand the media is painting everyone supporting palestine to be terrorists and he has an ongoing tour at the moment (which could attract a violent approach from zionists), i was expecting a more straight forward statement. this is the closest to it +
i saw hozier again last night and despite the joy of seeing my favourite artist and tearing up at abstract (psychopomp), the whole time i was hoping he would speak on his stance about palestine. he brought up ireland and their civil war but then kinda just left it at that.
whether his team or management advised him or fear of losing SOMETHING, for him to take the side of neutrality is just not what i expected.
anyway, FREE PALESTINE & FUCK THE STATE OF ISR*EL
just because we love an artist doesn't mean we can't be disappointed and i am. especially since this man's body of work incorporates radical political stances.
