@JioMart_Support I see now that my order has been cancelled even though the product is still available on the website and the price has also increased. Why was my order cancelled? I need the exact reason and not generic crap like "operational issues". A consumer court case is on the way for this.

@JioMart_Support I am raising a complaint with the consumer forum for this ordering and customer support experience. Just like the order is stuck at 'ordered' stage, the ticket is also stuck at 'working' stage with no real updates. Inform this to your higher ups. Be ready for litigation.

@bigbasket_com One thing I am unable to understand is that I was being offered an upfront refund as a good will gesture yesterday. And now when I am wanting my refund after 3 failed pickup requests, I am being put on the sidelines. And not one call has been made even after multiple requests.

@bigbasket_com Thanks for the reply. You may deal with the situation internally but after 3 wrongfully cancelled pick up requests, I would sincerely request for my refund pro-actively. I can't wait indefinitely for internal proceedings to complete at your end. Please expedite the refund. π
