Anyone from #CookCounty (IL) here? I remember in 1990s/2000s some of the STOP signs at crossings would be hinge-folded down (when inactive) in the middle, and the covering half would read "SHOP LOCALLY" (or a similar municipal slogan) on the flip side. Can't seem to google up >

Having to make sense of the entire matrix of permissions can be intimidating and holding some users off.
