Extremely disappointed with @airtelindia and the way this refund issue has been handled.

I applied for an Airtel Wi-Fi connection and paid ₹1500. Installation was later cancelled, so Airtel initiated a refund and told that the amount would be credited within 5-7 days .

The problem is that Airtel keeps saying the refund has been processed, but is unable to provide complete details that would help the bank trace the transaction.

@MyIndusIndBank @airtelindia I have already sent an email regarding this issue. I also tried contacting customer care, but after dialing the required numbers, the call gets disconnected without connecting me to an executive.
