@Airtel_Presence It has now been more than a month. The agent is not answering my calls and I have still not received my refund amount.

I have repeatedly followed up but there has been no resolution. This is completely unacceptable and causes unnecessary inconvenience to customers.

@Airtel_Presence After almost 20 days, Airtel finally initiated the refund. However, instead of refunding the amount to me, the money was transferred to the Airtel agent's number that was used for my KYC process.

The problem is that Airtel keeps saying the refund has been processed, but is unable to provide complete details that would help the bank trace the transaction.

More than a month has now passed, but the refund is still not reflected in my bank account.

I contacted my bank and they asked for the refund date, payment mode, and the account details to which the refund was supposedly processed so they could trace the transaction.

Airtel initiated a refund of ₹1500 for my Wi-Fi order over a month ago and advised me to contact the bank if there was any delay.

@MyIndusIndBank @airtelindia I have already sent an email regarding this issue. I also tried contacting customer care, but after dialing the required numbers, the call gets disconnected without connecting me to an executive.

Kindly look into this matter and help resolve it at the earliest. @MyIndusIndBank
