@googlefiberhelp Apologies for the lack of substantial updates and help would have been great as well. 70+ hours with no internet while working from home during the middle of the work week while having to constantly beg for updates and help was not a pleasant experience.

Which by the way, we’ve reached 100% of our mobile hotspot high speed data on our phone plan. So now they dropped down and limited the speed. So we’re at wits’ end here.

@googlefiberhelp Hey TJ! Yeah I chatted with someone from customer service earlier. They pretty much just told us what we already know - that there is an outage in our area and that they’re trying to fix it ASAP. No reason for the outage or when it’s gonna get back up.
