At the last moment we got our bus tickets cancelled and without any reason we didn't get a complete refund from @redBus_in
The bus was cancelled due to their mistake and still we are the ones to suffer.

I was feeling low like I was not able to do anything so, I pushed myself and started washing clothes and till the time they were getting washed I revised some Node JS concepts.

So, overall I don't think this is what is expected from a huge brand and things could be improved so that eventually customers will engage more with the brand that makes them happy
