It’s been 4 days since the MTN fibre stripped up and your customer service refuse to pick our call talk more of getting this fixed
@LinkedInHelp@LinkedInHelp this is not fair, I was told 10 business working days at first and now 30 days ? How am I sure when 30 days elapsed it won’t be extended to 1 year ? It look like I am being played to forget my money. Kindly refund my money as promised as the 14 days has now elapsed
@LinkedIn - 10 business working days have passed and I am yet to receive my refund. No medium to reach your representative and “Create ticket” take days to get response and it does not solve urgency. Can I get my refund ?
