As a backstop, Brown possesses everything you’d want/expect defensively and at the plate. Going 3-for-4 (single, double) and driving in a run, the junior’s power is evident while also showcasing positive hitter qualities, waiting for his pitch to do damage to. Behind the dish, Brown flashed his arm, gunning a runner taking off for 2nd (1.91 pop time).
