Heard the feedback and made tons of updates to Be A GM mode

Some were big feature requests or issues, some tiny logic tweaks :

- Depth chart to see changes at all stages

- Trade bugs : corrected pick and player values (less Bowers / Daniels trades), and dupe trades

- FA values improved (Breece hall, others)

- Dedicated “your FA” section added

- Custom contract offers to FAs

- JAX fans can now properly control draft

- RFA and franchise tag capabilities

Still more to do, keep the ideas and suggestions coming!
