Chemung, Schuyler, Bradford, and Tioga (NY) Counties can have black ice and areas of fog possible. We had a lot of rain today and we'll be dropping below freezing overnight so all those wet roads and sidewalks will freeze over. So be careful out there tonight and tomorrow!

Extreme Cold Watch has been issued for Tioga County in PA from late Sunday until Wednesday morning. It says we could see wind chills as low as -25 degrees. I wouldn’t be surprised if the rest of area sees the same watch later this weekend. Stay safe out there!! #nywx #pawx

There is currently 4 inches of snow on the ground here in Downtown Elmira as snow continues to fall!! Be careful out there as temperatures will not get above freezing until Christmas Eve.

It may not be as impressive as it could be since I missed the main night, but I finally got to see the northern lights last night!! This was my first time seeing them and will be a night to remember for the rest of my life!
