I received a piece of mail from a dear friend of mine this morning. I expected it to be a Christmas card, so I opened it excitedly. The envelope was festively decorated and made from high-quality heavy paper stock. Inside, I was thrilled to find an even more festive invitation.

Embossed with gold leaf and finely detailed. I turned the card over, and my heart sank as I read the words “Holiday Party.” I briefly went numb and dropped the invitation on the table. I stepped back to reorient myself and took a sip of water. My head was spinning.

My heartbreak transformed into rage as I processed what I had just read. What had happened to my dear friend that would emasculate him to the point of hosting a “holiday party” instead of a proper Christmas party? Was this the influence of his new wife, a registered Democrat and software engineer, or had he chosen the path of hell entirely of his own volition?

These questions haunted me, but the fiery rage inside my soul overcame my curiosity, and I sprung into action. I grabbed the thickest sharpie I could find and began redacting every mention of the word “holiday” on the invitation and writing “CHRISTmas” above it in bright red ink.

After I finished correcting the invite, I turned it over and wrote “GET BENT” in my largest print. I wrote a note explaining to my friend that I appreciated his gesture but that our friendship was over, and I was blocking his number effective immediately. I thanked him for the great memories but left him with a call to action. I urged him to deeply examine his soul and attempt to understand why he feels comfortable erasing Christ on His own birthday and to find a good church to join.

I slipped the invitation and my note back into its envelope. I hopped in my golf cart and chased down my mailman, Djemetrious, and instructed him to get it sent back to the sender straight away.

I am an alpha male. I attend Christmas parties, but I don’t attend holiday parties. I say Merry Christmas, not happy holidays. I stand for Christ and would give my life to preserve the sanctity of the day we choose to celebrate His birth.

No, I will not relax.
No, I will not lighten up.
No, I will not compromise.
And no, I sure as hell won’t be apologizing for it.

We had a President who physically visited Israel himself and visited the wailing wall in Jerusalem— the first to ever do so.

We had Israel naming parts of their territory after Trump.

Now, we have war and chaos and a President bribing terrorists, missing in action, running from the press, and addressing the ever-pressing issue of “junk fees”

We need strong leadership back in the White House. It’s the only way.
