Messed around with JuiceFX by @CodeManuPro to make this shield animation. It's not final, but it's amazing how quick I was able to get something that looked nice.

@jitspoe I've worked in the CRM space for the last 5 years, so I don't really want to name-drop any recommendations. There's definitely a few popular options with Free Tiers that I'm sure you could find, though ;)

@jitspoe CRMs are really good for this. Most modern CRMs allow you to store Contacts and have some type of feed with the details of all your interactions. Most of them are also hooked up to email tools, data analytics, some automations, etc.
