and this thread suddenly reminded me of the moment I once saw on culinary show, A regular restaurant chef had just beaten a michelin starred chef and instead of celebrating it, he apologized micheling starred chef for winning !

I really really liked the way when a michelin starred chef with two decades into industry and enormous achievements lost to a regular chef , the black spoon fellas bowed and apoligized for winning out of pure respect ! Look at the compassion !
