@Serenader72@Blyaphocat@SpaceborneMedic You mean metric, right? We currently use imperial.
All the attempts to switch to metric were either sabotaged or deeply unserious.
@loftwah Would you have to stay in the place you buy? If not you could buy in a market you know is good and rent a place where you actually want to live.
@SamIsNotOff@amazingmap One singular response pointing out its AI when its quite obvious (look at the text, or even just the northern states). We're doomed.
@vctgender Also mind you you're obligated to enforce your trademark if you want to keep it. If Patagonia were to decide to not go after this they'd be, legally, weakening their trademark. They're suing Pattie for $1.
@vctgender She used a similar name, an identical font, and an identical silhouette of Patagonia, and stylized the background color bands in the same manner. Something doesn't have to be identical for it to be a violation of a trademark, just similar enough.
@gamingnoobdev SponsorBlock is great but DeArrow is a garbage extension. Makes it impossible to actually judge the quality of a video before you watch it because it makes basically every video seem just as monotonous as any other video.
@Inkstersvials@zanyfen@cull_trade This doesn’t actually answer the question: why? It’s perfectly valid to analyze why these things are bad beyond just our surface level emotional reactions. That’s in essence what the philosophy aims to do.
@GilgameshLFX@Trad_West_Art Sure for a majority of people with wheat/gluten intolerances it’s minor but why do you care? How dare they want to feel a bit better in their day to day. Why does this upset you?
@deeronthedick@algae_fish I've mostly used geotagged photos actually. I find that for the things where the precision matters (the road trips from before I started really tracking) Google maps history is unreliable.
I have a Garmin now tho and plan to use that for a roadtrip I'm going on this summer.
@algae_fish Meeee
If it's marked uncertain it means I went to at least some of the counties marked there but I'm unsure on which. Most of those are from when I was like 10 so.
