Just got off a 37 minute phone call with @amazon because of a lost package. On hold for most of it. Not as annoyed with losing the package as I am with the 29 second loop of horrible new age hold music. 29 seconds? Come on Amazon, you have a music service for cry in’ out loud!

Wow. Not impressed with @AmericanAir customer service this morning. They’re trying f to make us pay baggage fees twice because of THEIR flight change. Hoping they make it right.

Follow up. They did, begrudgingly, make it right. Didn’t have to pay the baggage fee. Just cost us 30 minutes at the counter and no breakfast. :(

@BenHend22 @lucaststew Thank you. And you’re correct, there is no place for bigotry in casting. But...that is absolutely not what this was. We love, love, love our LGBTQ+ community and will fight for their rights to the end. In no way would someone’s sexuality ever affect a casting decision.
