@JoeCassandra Literally why I made a free tool called LabTracker: put your labs, supplements and timing in one place and this 'coffee killed her iron absorption' stuff surfaces on its own. Bloodwork is useless until it's connected to what you're actually doing. https://t.co/BlJva0Y8Gv
@_9th_Life_ I made a tool for exactly that! You can upload your bloodwork, fill in your protocol, supplements, and tie all that data together with an ai coach. Upload multiple reports and you can easily track changes and get unique insights.
@levelsio Same here, made my own blood work tracker that also adds my supplements, TRT protocol etc, and ties it all together and can make smart conclusions about the whole context. Normally these apps cost a lot in subscription cost, but now I can make it exactly like I want
@gregogallagher I got mine down from 21 to 9 in just 3 months using B12 + folate, TMG and citicoline. There's Alzheimer in my family and I found out there might be some correlation with high homocysteine levels... So decided to take that stuff seriously
@S_VanTeutem@robertwiblin Fluticason neusspray (wel op recept) is wat mij eindelijk weer normaal door mijn neus liet ademen. Dit na een gesprek met de allergoloog👌
