“hello, treasure makers! this is junkyu.

i’ve spent a long time thinking about how to begin this message, but I decided to write these words in the hope that my sincere feelings will reach you.

it’s already been six years since I debuted in 2020 and have been running alongside treasure makers. during that time, i’ve received so much love, and every moment has felt like a miracle. i was truly happy.

but as i kept running forward and doing my best, i think there came a point where i gradually stopped noticing the signals my heart and body were sending me.

i’ve always wanted to show you only my best, most professional side, so i kept trying to act as though i was okay. however, i came to realize that the time has come for me to pause for a while and take care of myself.

after having thorough discussions with the company, i decided to temporarily take break of my activities and take some time to rest.

to our treasure makers, who have always been my greatest source of strength, i am so sorry for causing you worry with this sudden news.

but i believe this pause is necessary so that i can become a healthier and stronger version of myself. i will rest well, organize my thoughts, and return as my whole self.
