Ditch the AI chat bots says @samuelbiscoe!
Opt instead for a ‘live chat’ function on your website, connecting you with your audiences and their queries instantly.
It provides a more personalised customer service and reduces strain on busy box office phone lines.

Day 2 of @ticketingprofs Conference 🎟️
Thanks @spektrix for the lovely shoutout on our work with @sohotheatre.
Using Spektrix preference tags we’re able to provide ticket purchasers with personalised event recommendations as they browse the What’s On listings.
Michele Alexander from @AudienceView gave us a gorgeous ramble into the world of how a creative mind untangles, restructures and visualises data.
Who knew data strategies could be that fun!

Great insights into enhancing your audience’s experience through carefully tailored and thoughtful upsells - but can technology fully replace the human touch? 🤔
Thanks @captheatres, @TheatreRoyalNew and @pointOneEPOS#TPC2024
Great opening talk from our client @tpcolegate at @LighthousePoole, tackling the nuanced challenges of dynamic pricing in event ticketing.
Some really interesting insights into the audience perception of pricing strategies and how we communicate the rational clearly to them.
Our colleague @_NickKime is attending @ticketingprofs conference today in Birmingham.
He’s excited and ready for 2 full days on his favourite topic 🎟️
Say hello if you spot him 👋🏻

I had a great day at @ukmcg#MuseTech23 on Friday.
It made me hopeful about how we could have a more mindful and thoughtful internet without a crazed need to put everything online all of the time.
I've written about it in the @cog_design journal here: https://t.co/rQnh2DyRxJ
Fascinating ideas in this talk from @ukglo thinking long term with data and how we share and maintain information, software and tools without relying on 4 big companies. #MuseTech23
Our Head of Technology @agw62 is at the @ukmcg conference today. Here he is catching up with ex-Cog team member and MCG committee member @bankes_ed#MuseTech23
"Turning a moment we never asked for into the opportunity of a lifetime"
Thanks to @rossmccall75, our brilliant Breakfast Briefing speaker, talking us through the huge undertaking of renaming and rebranding an arts venue.
I saw 2 brilliantly crafted shows, upstairs @sohotheatre last night.
@BenTarget's Lorenzo was hugely moving and tender (and he serves coffee on the way in).
@liv_ello and @FrankieThomp1's Body Show is far from subtle but ever clever in all the right ways.
Today has been a developer discussion day. Our tech team have come together to talk platforms, protocols, access and efficiencies. We're off down the pub now but back to it at 9am.
Our brilliant Breakfast Briefing guest was @smithalistair, editor of @TheStage.
It was great to hear about their journey from a solely print publication to today's sophisticated digital platform.
All whilst being an independent voice in a cacophony of commercial shouting.
