I literally eat less than 800cals everyday and a good majority of it are from liquids so why the hell am i shitting like crazy ππ Like it's not even diarrhea I js keep dropping fat, solid turds multiple times a day ππ what are they even made up of?? Milk tea and cabbage??
Honestly I'm of the belief that you gotta hate yourself at least a little bit to be able to lose weight, even in a non-ED context. Like you gotta resent yourself a decent amount to actually follow through and make significant changes
