@Canuck_Muskoka@Jenna_bee__@AntonioTweets2 If you didn’t vote…. then your missed opportunity to vote DOES NOT EQUAL a dissenting vote for the winning party.
Our democracy only considers the wishes of those who choose to participate in the electoral process.
It’s not a failed or fraudulent system.
@wnc540 Bill, you need to take off your blinders, shrouded in US propaganda.
The US needs potash for your crops;virtually zero production in the USA. Many northern states NEED Canadian electricity. Don’t forget our oil, which we sell to the US below market prices.
Time for regime change
@jezscacuzz Yup…. And even with medical insurance, you’ll mortgage your house for medical bills if you break your leg.
I’ll NEVER be part of the USA. I travelled through the US for a month this summer. Met wonderful people everywhere. The issue isn’t the people, it’s the political regime
@2osfans@CCknockout@toronto_morning Actually, not true. As Canadians we spent six weeks travelling from Michigan to Wyoming this summer. Met some great Americans, no animosities toward Canadians.
The problems are not the people , it’s the politicians.
@shmadley3777@ronsterd89 Not even for a moment.
About that… I’m Canadian and spent six weeks through this summer travelling across eight states. Met WONDERFUL people and made great friends. No animosity being Canadian.
You, sir, are apparently in the minority.
@RonShiley@MarkJCarney Hey @RonShiley, I’m a Canadian and recently spent six weeks travelling from Michigan to Wyoming, through Montana, North and South Dakota, Illinois and Ohio.
Listen, my friend… time to take the blinders off. Most Americans don’t agree with your perspective.
@Martyupnorth Based on all the replies, @Martyupnorth , your perspective is outnumbered.
I can think of many things our government wasted money on (millions to support gender awareness in places like Somalia, for instance), but OAS isn’t one of them.
@gpeggrolls I grew up on Ottawa. Been going to Golden Palace since I was a teen. I’m 71.
Since I don’t live in Ottawa anymore, I STILL get my GP egg rolls shipped to me in Southwestern Ontario ❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹
Best egg rolls anywhere
@MrCeeJay2026@MelissaLMRogers Absolutely correct. Break your leg… mortgage your house.
Even with medical insurance in the USA… if you need an MRI, cost is $4,000.00 and ‘insurance’ only cover 10%.
Yes, we have waits in Canada, but, show up at hospital critical, you get seen right away. I know; lived it.
