@fork_king Perhaps. I certainly won't stop creating until they build an AI Robot to put me under. And even then I'll find a way to keep going. It's just extremely depressing how AI Art is this constant forward march. No introspection to be found about what we're losing in the process.
Boy I sure do love how AI art has been this steady progression of cannibalizing everything worth doing in life. It sure doesn't cause me unimaginable pain to see the quality of content on the internet fall off a cliff as people stop doing anything interesting, or anything really.
In conclusion: gatekeeping art has never been more valid. Thanks techbros for showing the world that anything worth doing can be done without actually doing anything. Now we can all be lazy and watch the soulful experiences that defined generations be replaced with slop.
I also definitely love the fact that the value of intellectual property declines with every piece of AI garbage people prompt into existence. And furthermore how there's basically no restrictions on AI, and nobody is making any moves to restrict it either.
