The Directorate of National Cohesion and Values (DNCV) was operationalized in 2009 to spearhead the promotion of national cohesion and values in Kenya.
Yesterday, the Directorate of National Cohesion and Values conducted a two-day Parents’ Forum at Sironga Girls High School, Nyamira County, bringing together parents from across the county to share practical approaches to nurturing national values among children and youth.
The opening session was graced by the Deputy County Commissioner, reaffirming the government’s commitment to strengthening unity, integration, and community engagement across Kwale County.
On Monday, officers from the Directorate of National Cohesion and Values paid a courtesy call to the County Commissioner, Kwale County, ahead of the National Cohesion and Values forum at KSG Matuga....
The forum brought together Faith-Based Organizations (FBOs), youth, and community leaders for discussions on promoting unity, peaceful coexistence, and shared national values....
In attendance were Mr. Abednego Etyang’, Secretary Administration (SDNGC), Mr. Josiah Musili, Secretary, Directorate of National Cohesion & Values, and Mr. George Sikulu, CEO, National Parents Association all reaffirming their commitment to building a value-driven society.
