Testing Cohort15:
Small online groups that only start when enough people seriously commit.

This is the core problem Cohort15 is exploring:
Not “how do we create another community?”
But:
Can small, serious groups form around a specific goal before the intent goes cold?
I dug through ~20 public posts from people looking for accountability partners, study buddies, founders, or small serious groups.
Small sample, but the signal was clear:
People were not asking for “another community.”
They want few serious people who would actually show up.
How it works:
People use a small refundable credit/stake to show serious interest.
If enough people commit, the group unlocks.
If not, it is refunded.
I’m testing whether this makes small groups more serious — or creates too much friction.
