well, you can regress log price on log(stock/flow) and get high R2s. Has nothing to do with being „tautological“. There is a point that stock/flow is not truly a RV, so cointegration doesn‘t apply, but @100trillionUSD has said so a million times himself.
As a #Bitcoin-only bull it gives me no pleasure to say this, so don't @ me, but PlanB makes a tacit admission here that the S2F and S2FX models are tautological.
#Olympus is an #ethereum-based #DAO that generates #seigniorage like a central bank but distributes it directly to its digital citizens. In essence, seigniorage is generated by bonding assets and minting new DAO tokens into existence to distribute them to the members of the DAO
People are bitching about how #bitcoin is draining huge amounts of electricity, but it’s clear that it’s becoming more and more important to the energy sector. Bitcoin is scarce digital energy, will be integrated with the energy sector and become a major synthetic commodity
Bitcoin is below $34K, triggered by Elon Musk's energy FUD and China's mining crack down.
There is also a more fundamental reason that we see weakness in June, and possibly July. My worst case scenario for 2021 (price/on-chain based): Aug>47K, Sep>43K, Oct>63K, Nov>98K, Dec>135K
@JasonPLowery @PAXAVGVSTVS …would be fun but unfortunately doesn‘t work like this. Banks cannot „spend“ the RRP funds on bitcoin. Can only circulate between bank, so if one bank buys btc, another bank ends up with these funds and total amount doesn‘t change
@tomuky Yes, I see and I'm not dismissing it outright but seems implausible that btc price, cost of mining equipment, tx volume, tx fees, energy prices etc all remain constant till then and wouldn't adjust accordingly as long as there is demand for the btc network.
