2 hours before my food came when est. time was 35-40 mins. A cust. service rep who blamed the time on influx of orders & the fact it was Saturday. Then insultingly comp'd me only $7. Then spent 20 minutes waiting on customer service chat to no avail. Seriously wtf @SkipTheDishes
