Quill's new onchain inference engine: QuillEngineRP

Small models decode greedily (always grabbing the single most likely next character) so they loop. "thee … thee … thee." That was never the weights, it was the decoder

QuillEngineRP changes the decoder. Before each character it subtracts an integer repetition penalty, scaled to the model's own logit spread, so the model stops repeating itself and reads cleaner

It runs the exact same weights as the original engine. Every small model already on the wall gets better the moment generation points here: no redeploy, no migration, no retraining. One contract, and the whole gallery improves at once

And it's verifiable, like everything in Quill. EVM-tested: with the penalty off, output is bit-identical to the original engine; with it on, the penalty math matches an independent reference exactly. Pure integer EVM arithmetic
