@AztecPatriot@Faraway_Found Also didn’t say this..
Point was since DEI makes race, etc a qualifier instead of merit, makes people wonder if that minority actually has the merit for the job or did their skin color pre-empt the merit necessary. It’s a disservice to minorities who actually do have the merit.

@meeshenka Your experience is the opposite of mine. I just went downstairs to get water, and our youngest insisted I change her poopy diaper right then.
@maxitrol_404@nikzh@mw_grin It very much matters. miners have to actively participate. They stop operating, go bankrupt, bring in new people, change in various ways.
Instead the Founders and VC"s just get interest on their bags in perpetuity and there is no way to change it unless they sell.
@nikzh@mw_grin Bc it traded miners for holders and stripped power from active participants with a wide distribution and changing stakeholders over time to passive bag holders and ossified the narrow political structure
@nikzh@Zatoichi42 I agree l2’s are parasitic but moving to pos was also highly political and benefitted holders at the expense of miners and absolutely had a lasting impact on price as well. I know hundreds of people personally who just stopped using it.
