So even though due to a relapse I had to stay in rehab for an extra week, I’m finally back on my feet and feel so positively about the future now, I’m ready to be the mum I was born to be 🤗🤗 #outofrehab #newlife #teenmum

This past week sober in rehab has been one of the hardest of my life, overcoming my personal problems and struggling with constant relapses has been a major part of my life for years now, hopefully by the end of the four weeks I will be sorted, need to get back to being a mum ❤️
