This is The Wyndham Springfield Hotel in Springfield, Illinois
This is the city’s tallest building but now sits closed, abandoned and boarded up
The owner is Al Rajabi, an Arabic man who tries to committed fraud by paying to have the property vandalized to get a payout
Here’s what happened
The hotel suffered extensive flooding and vandalism occurred, damaging multiple floors, elevators, fire suppression systems, alarms, electrical systems, and more.
The Springfield Police, Fire Department, and Illinois State Fire Marshal investigated it as intentional vandalism from the start. The building was declared unsafe, leading to closure and layoffs
Owner Al Rajabi filed a large claim
Insurer Affiliated FM refused payment and countersued, explicitly alleging that:
- Rajabi intentionally caused or colluded in the damage like cutting pipes and damaging electrical systems
- He made “willful misrepresentations and concealments.”
A prior 2024 “lightning strike” claim for which they paid $4.05 million was also fraudulent with exaggerated with minimal actual damage
All these people do is scam. Diversity is not our strength
Reporter: Did you see that Sean Strickland got banned from the White House for talking about Israel?
Bryce Mitchell: I'm not surprised at all. In fact, that's the only nation you're not allowed to criticize. Something's going to change because evil empires don't last forever.
Spencer Pratt got 0 out of 24,000 votes in a late night LA ballot drop.
0/24,000
A guy getting around 30% support got 0 out of 24,000.
Astronomically small probability of happening.
Impossible.
California no longer even hides it.
Doors need to be kicked in.
RO KHANNA: “Let me be clear, Netanyahu is the one that actually told members of congress to add section 224 (merging the U.S. and Israeli militaries) into the bill.”
Khanna says the quiet part out loud. Our elected officials are subservient to a foreign nation. We are Occupied.
🚨 Ohio Approves Another $42.3 MILLION Tax Break for Data Centers
State officials approved tax exemptions for two new Cologix data centers near Columbus, part of a $1.17 BILLION investment expected to create just 90 full-time jobs.
The approval comes as Gov. Mike DeWine announces an indefinite pause on future data center tax breaks amid growing concerns over rising energy costs, strain on the power grid, and the impact on local communities.
$42.3 million in tax breaks for ONLY 90 jobs. Ohio families get higher utility bills while Big Tech gets another sweetheart deal 😒
Sean Strickland says he’s BANNED from attending the UFC White House event 😬
“I made fun of Israel and Epstein. The only male American champ banned at the White House.”
@visegrad24 Same was true of George Floyd. He died of a drug overdose, but Derek Chauvin, the police officer in that case, was still sent to prison for murder.
UPDATE: Town of Democrat-run Rutland, Massachusetts confirms they will NOT be refunding donations for the annual 4th of July celebration after they canceled it.
I’m told some residents are FUMING.
They donated for a July 4th celebration and they aren’t getting one.
He stabbed Henry in cold blood.
His brother lied to police that Henry was racist.
His mother helped him hide the murder weapon.
His family shouted “racist” in court.
And now they want privacy and sympathy?
Hell no.
Apology not accepted.
Video has surfaced of Henry Nowak’s killer, Vickrum Digwa, threatening people during a road rage incident with the same knife he later used to take Henry’s life.
🚨 SHOCKING: Olive Garden in Fayetteville, GA just FIRED a server over her $700 tip — then called the cops on her?!
Waitress Brook Skyes gets a huge $700 tip, asks management about it… and they allegedly steal it, fire her on the spot, and have her escorted out like a criminal.
Her mom, Buni Williams, just blew the story wide open on Facebook. Single mom trying to survive — and this is how they treat her?!
@OliveGarden — y’all got some explaining to do.
This is straight-up outrageous. Drop your thoughts below 👇

It's true! The media doesn't want us saying it.
They built ENTIRE STATUES and worldwide movements over George Floyd. The double standard is deafening.
Yesterday I drove to Columbus to testify before Ohio’s Joint Data Center Committee thinking it was a serious effort to protect Ohio communities.
Today I found out several of the members have conflicts of interest.
Ohioans are being told this committee exists to provide oversight and protect citizens from the impacts of massive data center development. But look at who is sitting on the committee.
One co-chair owns and manages oil and gas companies, well services, and businesses connected to energy infrastructure.
Another co-chair runs an industrial contracting company that could potentially benefit from large-scale infrastructure projects.
Another member leads a commercial and industrial construction company.
Several committee members have received campaign contributions from utility, energy, construction, and power-sector PACs.
Meanwhile, these same politicians support policies promoting massive energy expansion for data centers.
So here’s my question:
How can Ohioans have confidence this committee is independent when so many members have professional, political, or financial ties to industries that stand to benefit from data center growth?
I didn’t come to Columbus to participate in political theater.
I came because Ohio families have legitimate questions about energy demand, water consumption, environmental impacts, property rights, privacy concerns, and the long-term consequences of building an AI and data center economy across our state.
Instead of an independent watchdog, are we looking at a committee designed to reassure the public while the decisions have already been made?
Ohioans deserve answers.
Ohioans deserve transparency.
And Ohioans deserve a committee that represents the public, not the industries that profit from the outcome.
Was this committee created to protect Ohio citizens?
Or was it created to make us think someone is protecting Ohio citizens?
That’s the question I you with today. #Ohio #datacenters #WaterRights #PrivacyMatters #energybills
Here we have Delta Airlines flight from Hawaii to LA booting a family off because they needed one of the seats for a passenger on standby.. because Delta overbooked the flight.
I realize this happens a lot, but what makes this incident a little more insidious is that the flight attendant booting them off the plane threatened he and his wife with arrest , have their children taken away from them and placed in foster care . Additionally,no other accommodations would be made for this family.
The airline to my knowledge has acknowledged the incident apologized, and said they would be looking into things..
WHAT ?
What the hell happened to customer service and professionalism ?
