@FedEx Your location on Golden Ring Rd in Rosedale, MD lost my wife’s wedding ring. After (1) unsuccessful delivery attempt the ring was neither redelivered nor held at the location. The onus is now on us to file the claim and do the work to get reimbursed. This is unacceptable.
