@HMRCcustomers I’ve called, chatted online, left phone numbers. Still no reply and no refund. The antediluvian approach of mailing all this information to you, where a lack of culpability is obvious is grinding my gears. What else can I do have my BOR286 refunded?

@HMRCcustomers I however need a phone number to post the documents (which I can’t email, this is archaic I might add) to complete my customs forms in Australia. From where I’m sending not only these tweets, but trying to have my money returned.

@parcelforce hey guys, I have shipment destined to head to UK address, but it's being held waiting for customs duties. It shouldn't be, as it's a returned item to a UK retailer. Can you help me out please
