BULLISH: 🇺🇸 SEC Chair Paul Atkins says he expects the Clarity Act to pass on September 15 and reach the president's desk. ✍️
If/When this happens crypto will EXPLODE!!
🚨 THIS COULD BE THE TRAP NO ONE SEES COMING
Bitcoin just surged from $64,000 to nearly $80,000 in a matter of days.
It’s now trading around $77,400.
Suddenly, everyone is bullish again.
And that’s exactly when I’d start getting cautious.
Because the biggest catalyst behind this move still hasn’t been resolved:
THE CLARITY ACT.
The Senate is expected to vote on September 15.
Here’s the scenario I’m watching:
PHASE 1: FALSE RELIEF ✅
Bitcoin rallies aggressively, shorts get wiped out, and the market starts believing the bull run is officially back.
More than $3 billion in short positions were liquidated during the move.
PHASE 2: THE TRAP
After such a vertical rally, a pullback toward $70K–$72K would be completely normal.
That’s where late buyers could get trapped after convincing themselves that Bitcoin “can’t go lower anymore.”
PHASE 3: THE KEY DATE — SEPTEMBER 15
The Senate vote on the CLARITY Act arrives.
If it gets delayed again, faces new obstacles, or the market starts believing it won’t pass this year…
another wave of selling could follow.
PHASE 4: THE SILENCE
If Bitcoin absorbs that pressure and holds the levels it reclaimed, the entire setup begins to change.
Liquidity starts returning.
ETF demand picks up again.
And the market begins pricing in a much more crypto-friendly regulatory environment.
PHASE 5: THE REAL BREAKOUT
If the CLARITY Act eventually moves forward and genuine demand replaces the liquidations that fueled this latest rally…
then this move could turn out to be far more significant than it currently looks.
I’m not saying this will play out exactly this way.
I’m saying this is the scenario I’d be watching closely.
After a 20%+ rally in just a few days, chasing price is easy.
Identifying where the next trap could be is much harder.
September 15 could be a VERY important date for Bitcoin.
I’ll be watching every move.
