Our world strikingly parallels Pharaoh’s system of governance:

1.More quotas to meet (Ex.5:8)
2.Less supply to meet them (Ex.5:7)
3.Same incessant demands (Ex. 5:9)

Sabbath rest is a subversion of this worlds way of ruling. In a world that demands “More!” Sabbath says “Enough.”

A number of parents woke up this morning, only to realize their worst nightmare wasn’t a nightmare. Something needs to change. #TexasSchoolMassacre #PrayersForUvalde

Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is shut your mouth and be quiet.

3 THINGS GOD WANTS YOU TO KNOW RIGHT NOW…👇🏼

1. You matter MORE than you think you do.
2. You’re doing BETTER than you think you are.
3. It’s LESS about you than you think it is.

We can’t be big in our eyes and big in the plans of God at the same time.

Dear Heavenly Father,

THANK YOU for allowing me to see another year. I know it won’t be easy, but I’m confident in your Hand that UPHOLDS me.

Our RELATIONSHIP is my LIFE-LINE.

ILYSM. ❤️ Amen. 🙏🏼

Sometimes the biggest blessing from God is when he says “wait.”

[Colby F. Maier @colbymaier]

Doors are opening. The wait wasn’t punishment. It was preparation.

Don’t just ask God to take away your sin. Ask Him to transform your heart. A changed heart is true repentance.

Dear God, today I woke up. I am healthy. I am alive. Keep me focused on your victories in front of me, not on my losses behind me. I’m grateful for all you’ve done. 🙏🏼

God wants to replace it but you keep trying to recycle it.

Until you let go of what you’ve been holding on to, don’t expect God to hand over the new thing He has prepared for you when you haven’t made room in your life to receive it

Let go of the old, God is doing a NEW thing!
