This old lass has dropped a lovely bull calf, calved without a issue under this tree. I wonder how many cattle have calved under this tree over the years? It must be a lot.

One of the best feelings is finding a cow, calved and the calf up and suckled. Just champion.

On a side note, after the rain today, i’m dreading to see what the winter barley looks like… Probably lying flat in spots. 🌾
