@sarajcox Dropped a bottle of Martini and made an attempt to save it as it smashed on the floor and sliced my thumb open. Just had to abandon the broken glass and the river of Martini and blood for a random (and very kind) man to take me to hospital for stitches.
@sarajcox My MIL made a chocolate cake for the village cake sale. She thought it didn't look quite the same as usual so she made FIL try it rather than put for sale. Turned out she'd used Bisto powder instead of cocoa!
@AmazonHelp you did not deliver my parcel (undeliverable as damaged apparently) almost three weeks ago and I am still awaiting my refund. Please advise
The story of Baklava began long ago - one version of the story claims its origins to the Assyrians in the 8th century B.C. However, the Baklava we delectably consume today was perfected during the Ottoman Empire in the 15th century

@sarajcox My MlL made a 'chocolate' cake for the church cake stall. Luckily, she noticed it didn't seem quite as usual, so gave a good hunk to FIL to test. When he spat it out, she investigated. Realised she'd used Bisto powder instead of cocoa powder ๐คข
@turkishtravel I went to Turkey in September, for the first time in some years. Kind of missed seeing Tansaล and Gima which were my supermarkets of choice when I lived there. And Kipa in ฤฐzmir sold everything!
