goodnight, peter. the father of us all, the greatest of the age, and a legacy, now, for all time. i am so grateful to have known you & for your wit & love & guidance. you found such joy & wisdom in so many empty spaces: & in the loneliness of an artist's restless, endless search.
We are deeply saddened by the news that Majdi Bou-Matar, director of Suitcase حقيبة/Adrenalineأدرينالين (from our 19.20 season), has passed away.
Our thoughts go out to friends at @theMTspace and Theatre Mada, and all those who were lucky to witness Majdi's work in the arts.
I produced this series through a pandemic, without childcare, while processing anger, grief and trauma with 100+ other BIPOC creatives and yet the only word I can use to describe it all is JOY. Thank you @obsidiantheatre@CBCArts@TheCdnAcademy for this Best Series win 🏆

Stand by for some exciting news next week from our new Artistic Director, Mike Payette, about the upcoming season! #lookingbackmovingforward#Tarragon50
