@CylonSaysNo@TimMacG1@funtomvids You speak from a place of little knowledge of the Delegate Selection process. As the Secretary for an EDA and having been the chair for two DSM meetings I can assure you that the process between Quebec and Calgary was the same. The selection of delegates was not rigged.
Well, just got locked out of my account with 52,000 followers that I spent the last 5 years building. This account is the original Tokyo Rosie and I'm starting from scratch....again.
@lcfortier How about just requiring all candidates to file an audit financial statements even if they didn’t spend a nickel? Also increasing signatures would be good.
@theepori_mathai@peteremcc Casinos are not all the same. Casinos in Alberta are not like commercial casinos in Ontario.
10k in spending is not as big as some think or I have become immune to large dollar amounts. To me, in a casino setting 20k or more is a lot. Price of business.
@theepori_mathai@peteremcc Most operate, if luck at 50% occupancy Sunday to Wednesday, maybe 75% on Thursday and 100% on Friday and Saturday. That is a lot of investment and how most leases are device not per transaction. Again 🔨 seeking nail
@theepori_mathai@peteremcc Problem is casinos are not federally regulated, they follow federal laws about regarding money laundering and other financial rules. Their regulator is the province. Plus how fast do they have to comply with this law, most tables sit vacant until weekends. 1/..
@theepori_mathai@peteremcc I have worked in Alberta casinos for over 15 years, in both small and large facilities and operate the same. You can only purchase chips from a dealer to play table games. There are clients that will put over 10k into a slot machine over the course of their play.
