our main goal is to build great AI employee that can help a business owner scale up with less resources.

maybe the business owner doesn't have money to afford a new human employee yet. then they can hire James, and later hire a human employee.

certainly in my case, i want to hire more people but can't afford that right now. so i use my own James.
