Most people drag the solution back into the problem and keep their old identity. That's why it never holds. You don't reach for a result. You become the person it belongs to — and then 3D rearranges to match.
So the practice isn't positive thinking. It's travel. When a problem shows up in 3D, don't solve it from inside the problem. Go into 4D, find the solution already complete, shift into the version of you that already has it, then come back and act as them.
Here's the mechanism most identity work never explains.
You live in 3D: the dimension of problems.
Three of them.
Health, wealth, relationships.
In 3D you travel through time, space, and matter, and to get what you want you have to use hustle and hard work.
You go into 4D, find the solution already complete, shift your identity into the version of you that already has it, then bring that identity back down into 3D and act as them.
Most people try to drag the solution back into the problem and keep their old identity.
Since this article took off, I put together 3 real examples of the process in practice.
A marketing agency, a PE firm, and a multi-location healthcare group. Three very different sizes and considerations, but the same process.
Each one includes what the assessment found, the full tech stack and infrastructure we built on, what we absorbed vs. kept vs. killed and why, the overall timeline, and the results after launch.
